Newly incorporated into the Star Wars universe, Cassian is a sophisticated Roman choice with plenty of style. 

 

Origin:

Cassian derives from the Roman name Cassianus meaning "belonging to Cassius." Cassius itself possibly derives from the Latin cassus "void, hollow", linked to nux cassa meaning "a nutshell".

Usage:

Cassian has had extremely rare usage in Britain, despite the number of saints who have borne this name. Its counterpart Cassius has slightly more usage but is itself rare.
