Okay, I know I said I was avoiding speculating on the upcoming Royal baby name, but, when Linda asked me to write a guest post over at Nameberry, I couldn't resist.
The two posts I have written look at the top 11 most likely choices (for a 'formal' name, at least) for both boys and girls, with a bit of background history about the use of nicknames, and the greater leeway with middle names. (Diana, Michael, Carol and Frances are just as likely to be used as a middle name as any royal name, for example). My aim was to produce something a little more detailed than most of the speculative post; hopefully some people will find it interesting(!)
