Here are some of the "Th" (theta) names — the eight letter of the Ancient Greek alphabet —that were used for women in Ancient Greek society.
The ancient Attic pronounciation of the letter θ "theta" was as a breathy 't' (a t followed by a breath of air) which is why it became transliterated as 'th' in Latin. The historical biblical pronunciation was as a breathy 'th' (as in thin, but not in that) which is still adopted today (hense Agatha and Theseus).
Most of the names found below have been taken from inscriptions and tomb reliefs. As always, I've opted for more uncommon options, so no Theodora or Thalia here.
